The food we eat gets digested and absorbed by the intestine and are lead to blood stream where nutrients are delivered to different parts of the body. This happens accurately only with healthy gut. Stress Management: Stress directly has negative effect on gut health. So managing stress becomes crucial. Brain and gut are connected and are communicating constantly. Therefore when you are stressed the normal digestion process can get disturbed.
